Craft Supply Swap Donation Drop-Off

Thank you for donating to our 2026 craft swap!

Bring unwanted craft supply items for donation to the library when we are open between Monday, March 23 at 1:00 PM and Friday, March 27 at noon. We cannot accept items that are brought to the swap, they must be donated beforehand during this timeframe. 

All donated items should be new or gently used. If your items are loose or not in any packaging, add all parts to a ziplock bag or container to keep them together. If it is unclear what an item is, please include a label. If you have any questions regarding donations or the craft swap, please call us at 732-873-8700 x 111.

Items accepted include:

• Colored pencils, crayons, markers, inks, ink pads, paints, pastels, charcoals, chalks, calligraphy tools
• Glue, modpodge, tape, glue dots, glue guns
• Paper, notepads, sketchbooks, canvases, drawing paper, watercolor paper, scrapbooking paper, newsprint, construction paper, cardstock, cardmaking envelopes
• Brushes, erasers, scissors, paper punches, rulers, stamps, stencils, supplies for Cricut/similar, and other tools
• Fabric, yarn, ribbon, thread, sewing notions, felt, embroidery supplies, knitting and crochet tools, quilting tools 
• Beads, jewelry findings, wire
• Fake flowers, craft sticks, googly eyes, sandpaper, pipe cleaners, wooden items for painting
• Arts and crafts organizational supplies
• Instructional materials: patterns and books

We cannot accept the following:

• Previously opened or partially used bottles or aerosols of paints or glues
• Anything that would need to be disposed of at a hazardous waste disposal event
• Any items with an odor of smoke or mildew or that are visibly dirty

The swap will be held on Saturday, March 28 from 11:00am-12:00pm.
