In place of our usual storytime, we will host a Nursery Rhyme hunt and craft. Join us Mondays Oct 13 & 20 for our regularly scheduled storytime and Monday Oct 27 for a Not-So-Spooky Storytime!
A traditional half-hour themed storytime that includes stories, songs, fingerplays and movement activities.
Themes: 10/1: Leaves, 10/8: Fire Safety, 10/15: Pumpkins, 10/22: Bats, 10/29: Spiders.
Held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, Alzheimer’s New Jersey Family Support Groups provide families and caregivers with the emotional support and education they need.

Create a masterpiece using the library's watercolor paints, brushes and watercolor paper while listening to spooky seasonal music. Learn the technique of blending edges to diffuse and fade paint.
Children will develop their listening skills and attention span during this half-hour storytime filled with fun stories and fingerplays for parent and child to share.

Make your own Halloween decor! Add ghosts, bats, and other spooky details to printed photos from the Franklin Township Public Library’s
photo database and prints of famous paintings.
Join Miss Lana for some silly Halloween fun with pumpkin, ghost and witch stories like Room On The Broom, The Halloween House and 5 Little Pumpkins! Children are welcome to wear their costumes!

The night before Halloween... our Night Rhymes will be a non-spooky spider and bat rhymes party with the Itsy Bitsy Spider as the main character! Little ones (& caregivers) can come in costume!
Wear your costume & bring a sac to collect your (non-edible) treats! 10:30am Halloween Storytime for our little ones under 5 years. 11:00am Trick-or-Treating throughout the library on DeMott Lane.
