Designed for children (or teens/young adults) with cognitive, mobility and/or developmental conditions and their caregiver to enjoy storytime at the library with accommodations. Adaptations including visual schedule, shorter 20-min storytime followed by 20-min free play with sensory toys, space to pace, lower volume read-aloud, slightly slower pace to activities, predictable transitions and a calm, quiet corner retreat area with a blue open tent.
