Learn the art of baking your own bread with sourdough.
Old world sourdough is a way to create nutrient riches bread at home with simple ingredients ( flour, sat & water). Our class will walk you through each detail on how to keep your sourdough starter alive and how to make bread at home. You have the opportunity to bring your loaf home and cook it after class. We will also go over other ways to use the starter to make everything from crackers, donuts, bagels and granola.
All participants will receive: a sourdough starter, a loaf to bring home to cook, a recipe sourdough booklet and treats made from sourdough. This class is taught by Rebecca Winnicki, owner of Three Birds Farm, www.threebirdsfarm.com
