Join instructor Laurie Fechter for this fun combo exercise class! Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.
Zumba incorporates easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on range of motion and coordination. This class is appropriate for all levels--Laurie will demonstrate everything for both standing or seated participation. Participating while seated is perfect for active, older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves at a lower intensity. You may also do the class standing, if you prefer. The pilates portion of class incorporates breathing, stretching and strengthening for the whole body!
Registration is required. If signing up for virtual, a link to the Zoom meeting will be included in your confirmation email (sent after you register) and a reminder email (sent one day prior to the program). If you do not receive the emails, please call the library. The 'meeting room' will open 10 minutes before the scheduled start of the program.
