Virtual Events 1

What you need to know about COVID-19 and dementia

Most likely, dementia does not increase risk for COVID-19. However, dementia-related behaviors, increased age and common health conditions that often accompany dementia may increase risk. Join us to learn about additional precautions you can take to help keep people living with dementia safe during the COVID-19 pandemic, whether at home or in a residential care setting. 

Registration is required. A link to the Zoom meeting will be included in your confirmation email (sent after you register) and a reminder email (sent one day prior to the program). If you do not receive the emails, please call the library. The 'meeting room' will open 10 minutes before the scheduled start of the program.
