Identify fall risk factors, learn the potential consequences of falls, and discover ways to lower fall risk with the Somerset County Dept. of Health.

In this workshop, participants will identify fall risk factors, understand how frequently falls happen in older adults, learn the potential consequences of falls, and discover ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle to lower fall risk. They will also explore strategies for preventing falls and know the steps to take if a fall happens.
