Learn to read food labels, choose healthy options, and make healthier meals to support healthy living and aging.
In this workshop, participants will learn two simple ways to make meals healthier, select one better food option from each food group, learn how to make sense of food labels, and identify three nutrient deficiencies common in aging.

The 36,018 square foot Demott Lane Branch is located in the Franklin Township municipal complex and provides a large community room for library programming, as well as additional meeting room space for community groups, study rooms, public access computers, and more.
