This workshop will teach you how to recall and write down stories from your life. No writing experience is required—just a willingness to share and reflect in a supportive environment.
Everyone has a story worth telling—but too often, those stories remain untold. Your childhood memories, career achievements, family traditions, and lessons you learned along the way deserve to be remembered and shared.
In this interactive workshop, participants will explore why personal stories and memoirs matter, identify common roadblocks that keep people from writing (and learn simple ways to overcome them), practice guided storytelling with prompts designed to unlock memories, and walk away with the beginnings of a memoir—the first few sentences or even the first story.
No writing experience is required—just a willingness to share and reflect. The session will be supportive, fun, and inspiring, and will offer opportunities to connect with others.
